  I went to Pure Spa for a back massage. The room was small and very dark. Tripped over the cables a couple of times when getting changed. Because treatment rooms are on the same level as reception i heard the phone going and people walking past the room. So couldn't totally relax. I was given no feedback after the massage, and i didn't realise it till some time later. Otherwise i would've asked for it. The ladies were nice enough. But I'm not rushing back to the place.
